Shipping Policy
At LOR REIN, each garment is prepared with quiet attention to detail. Your order is presented in considered packaging, thoughtfully selected to protect the piece while maintaining a minimal environmental footprint.
We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on orders above £150. Orders below this amount are subject to a flat £18 shipping fee (most destinations). All orders are dispatched via DHL Express International. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email.
All orders are dispatched from London, United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United Kingdom: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 2–5 business days
- International: 4–10 business days
Delivery timelines are provided as guidance and may vary depending on customs procedures, local carriers, or unforeseen circumstances.
All orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning applicable duties and taxes are included in the purchase price. No additional charges will be required upon delivery. Clients in Portugal and France may occasionally be contacted by local customs authorities to assist with standard clearance procedures.
Return Policy
Should a garment not meet your expectations, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unworn, unaltered, and in immaculate condition, with original tags and packaging intact. All returns are carefully reviewed upon receipt, and we reserve the right to decline items that do not meet these standards.
To initiate a return, please contact hello@lorrein.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Once your return has been approved, we will provide return instructions and a DHL return label via email.
A flat £20 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an item is faulty or supplied in error.
Please include your delivery note inside the parcel and retain your tracking receipt for reference. Responsibility for the garment remains with the customer until it has been received by DHL.
Once your return has been received and approved, confirmation will be sent by email. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within five business days of approval. A value adjustment may be applied if an item is not returned in its original condition.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Purchases made through third-party retailers must be returned directly to the original retailer. The same return policy applies during sale periods.
